Shipping:
Currently, Merrimack Valley Diapers only ships within the United States. (This includes APO/FPO addresses.) All international orders will be canceled and payments refunded. If you are in Canada and need help finding a cloth diaper retailer, please email us through the 'contact us' page.
If you live near Methuen, Massachusetts and would like to pick up your merchandise to avoid shipping charges, please choose 'store pick-up' during the check out process and we will contact you to schedule a time for pick-up.
We strive to pack and ship all packages within two (2) working days of receipt of the order. Customers will be notified via email as soon as packages are shipped. On occasion, orders may ship directly from the manufacturer and may require extra time to be fulfilled; we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
PLEASE NOTE: The estimated delivery time given by the US Postal Service for Priority, First-Class, and Parcel Post delivery is not guaranteed. No refunds will be given due to delayed delivery by the USPS or UPS.

Returns:
We will be glad to refund or exchange your new, unused, and unwashed merchandise. Products must include the original packaging and all inserts/extras.
For used, worn, or washed merchandise, please refer to the specific manufacturer's warranty policy (click here).
In-person Purchases:
Purchases made in-person may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within fourteen (14) days of pick-up. Please be aware that, for purchases made at a Cloth Diaper Party, the date of pick-up is the date that the merchandise was delivered to the hostess.
Please email noreen@merrimackvalleydiapers.com to set-up a time and place to accept the return. Buyer is responsible for any charges associated with shipping of merchandise. Refunds will be issued by check at the time of return for purchases made with cash, check, or money order. Paypal and credit card refunds will be issued only after the merchandise has been returned.
Internet Purchases:
Purchases made from the Merrimack Valley Diapers online store may be returned for a store credit in the full amount of the purchase price or exchanged for in-stock merchandise only within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please email noreen@merrimackvalleydiapers.com to inform us of your return before shipping. Buyer is responsible for any and all charges associated with shipping merchandise for return or exchange. Refunds will not be given for refused packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in cases in which Merrimack Valley Diapers has made an error.
